Return Policy for Cosmetic Products
Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
- Return Period: In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within at least 14 days after receiving it without providing any reason. This period starts on the day you physically receive the products. We extend this period to 30 days!
- Product Condition: For hygiene and health reasons, opened and/or used cosmetic products (such as shampoo, soap, creams, etc.) cannot be returned unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a sellable condition to qualify for return.
- If a product is sealed, the seal must remain intact.
- Return Process:
- If you wish to return a product, send an email within 30 days of receiving it to with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a confirmation and further instructions from us.
- After notifying us of the return, you have an additional 30 days to send the product back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Refund:
- Once we receive the returned products in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount (including initial shipping costs) within 30 days via the original payment method.
- If a product is used or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct the decrease in value from the refund.
- Exceptions:
- Cosmetic products that are personalized or specially made to order are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
- Sealed products whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from return.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the product at no cost or, if preferred, refund the purchase amount.
How to Return
1. Email klantenservice@glamnu.nl with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please get in touch with us immediately for a replacement or refund.
